Just discovered something magical... It was there all the time; I knew about it but didn't give it any real thought until a few days ago. Your mind is like that too... magical. But the magic doesn't work unless you give it the energy to express itself.
Today is the beginning of a brand new year... a magical year. Think about the New Year's resolutions you've made. Think about what inspired you to make them and what you want to achieve. Think about what will make you happy. Don't let past failures stand in your way. Use them as stepping-stones that inspire you to success this year. Look forward to what the new year will bring. Anticipate what you will accomplish this year.
Use your imagination to imagine and create the wonderful new year you want to enjoy. What can you do in this new year that will bring you happiness? What are your dreams, goals, and visions for this new year? What do you want to create that sparks your interest, ignites your passion? What will bring you total bliss and joyfulness? What will put a song in your heart, a dance in your step, and light into your soul?
Imagine it. Create it. Embrace it with your whole being. Believe it to be, and it will be. Create it first in your mind, in your imagination, then expand it outward into your physical world. Whatever your reality is at the present moment, simply close your eyes and envision your Happy New Year.

Have a wonderful, magical Happy New Year, filled with happiness and light!
As this year comes to a close, we all begin to think about what our New Year's resolutions are going to be. Most of the time we base them on regrets or past failures, thinking that this year will be different; it will be new, exciting, and wonderful. More often than not, we fall back into the same habits and routines, into the same way of thinking. Nothing really changes because we haven't changed our mind. I think it's important to look back at what we're basing our New Year's resolutions on so we can chart a positive path we'd like to travel in the new year.
Take a look at where you've been and what's happened. Look deeper into why you'd like to make changes, into where you're coming from with your feelings. Look into the thoughts that created your previous experiences. Accept whatever is in your mind and recognize why you'd like to make the changes you're contemplating. By looking back, you can look forward and employ the positive power of your mind to create a wonderful new year.
One of the secrets of manifesting is to make it real first in your mind, then put positive energy into it and watch it appear in your life. Think about what you want, play with your thoughts and feelings about it, put your belief into it, then imagine it as already real. Towards that end, an amazingly powerful thing you can do is to create a physical picture of it. By doing that, you're helping it to manifest. You've begun to make it real.
When you vividly imagine something you want to achieve, and you visualize it in great detail, you're halfway there. The home stretch is actually believing and knowing that it is already real, even though it hasn't yet appeared in your physical reality.
What you've done in this seemingly simple process is to generate and gather the necessary energy to make your desired reality become real... to manifest in your physical reality. As this energy swirls through you--through your thoughts and feelings, and into your heart, mind, and soul--it invites you into the power you have within you and inspires you to action... to make what you want to manifest become real.
There are so many wonderful, and very magical, things that happen in this process. You shape invisible energy, you bend time and space, you mold illusions, and you tap into the energy that is all around you and within you to create what you want. The magic that makes it work is because you see something that does not yet exist as something that already exists.
It's a simple process, really... manifesting and making it real. Think about what you want, imagine it in your mind, feel it in your heart, believe it in your soul, and put the magical power of your mind to work for you.
Change is a good thing because it changes things and offers a new, exciting approach to doing things and a new way of looking at things. Changes offer a new vibration of energy.
Speaking of changes, I've just changed the book cover for Magical Mind, Magical Life. I LOVE the change. It breathes new life into the book. The cover really represents and resonates with what's inside the book. The vibes are so much better now. I also added a new chapter -- Change Your Mind, Change Your Life. The only thing that didn't change about the book is the price. It's still $14.95.
