Healing in Harmony

We all have a wonderful, sacred ability within ourselves for healing and renewal. By reaching into and touching this place of harmony,
we can experience true health in body, mind, and spirit. There are many ways to reach this place of health and harmony; the following meditation, Healing Nourishment, is one of them. You are the only one with the power to heal yourself and you must find the way that will work for you. Healing begins with the desire to heal yourself.

Imagine that you're walking outside on
a pleasantly warm summer day. You feel a wonderful sense of peace and harmony within you. You're completely enjoying being outside and breathing in the pure clean air on this beautiful day.

You notice a few puffy white clouds that have gathered in the sky above you. You know that these clouds are very special because they are filled with liquid drops of healing light. As the rain softly begins to fall, nourishing the earth, you notice how the rain caresses and cleanses the earth, healing and rejuvenating it. The rain feels like warm gentle kisses on your skin and you're completely enjoying this experience of walking in this very special healing rain.

You listen to the gentle patter of the rain on the leaves of the trees and notice how the raindrops cling to the leaves, nourishing and renewing them. You feel the rain gently nourishing and healing you
as it softly touches your skin. The soft raindrops somehow seem to enter inside you--inside your body, circulating through you, cleansing and healing you from the inside out. You feel a wonderful sense of being nourished and completely healed by this beautiful rainfall.

Want to Play a Magical Game?

Creating your own reality is a magical game you play with your mind to make your life magical. It's a magical game because it works with the power of your thoughts and feelings. There's only one rule; the rest of the rules are designed and defined by you. The best part is that you can do whatever you want to do. You can change anything to change your life and make it magical.

You already know how to play the magical game of creating your own reality because you do it every day. Your experiences are a mirror of your thoughts. If you look carefully into, at, and through your present experiences, you'll see how your previous thoughts, feelings, actions, beliefs, desires, and expectations created those experiences. You'll see how you played the game before and you can choose to play it differently now.

You can create any reality you want--that's the magic of the game--
by recognizing that your thoughts are tangible things. Maybe not the moment you think them, but sooner or later they will appear in your life in the form of experiences. That's the rule. It's called cause and effect. Every thought and feeling you have, and every action you take is a cause which creates an effect. You cause events to happen; you attract people and situations and things into your life through your thoughts, feelings, and actions. Then you experience the results--
the effects--of your previous thoughts, feelings, and actions.

This magical game of reality is a really fun, learning experience. Playing with energy and watching it manifest in your life is very powerful. You have the power within your mind to make your life magical, filled with happiness and light.

Just be Happy

Happiness is a wonderful gift that we give to ourselves and to other people. Share your happiness with yourself and everyone around you. If you're happy, everyone around you will be happy. You might think that this is too easy and wonder how it can be effective. It's a good question that you can answer yourself. Think about it for a minute before you read the next paragraph.

When you're with a happy person, how do you feel? Happy! When
you hear someone laugh, can you resist smiling or laughing along
with them, even if you have no idea what they're laughing about? Every living thing radiates and emanates energy, and that energy affects everyone and everything. By just simply being happy, you're emanating and radiating good vibes and joy in your thoughts and feelings, affecting other people in a happy, lighthearted way.

Send happy thoughts to yourself and to everyone around you every day, all day, all the time. Spread a lot of good feelings of cheer and joy. Your joy is wonderfully powerful and goes a long way. Smile and just be happy!
